It's important to note that hypnosis and hypnotherapy are not a type of weight reduction programme in themselves. But hypnotherapy CAN help support you as you make the desired changes through easing associated stresses, habits, behaviours, dealing with emotions, self-confidence and esteem situations, and the mindlessness that can occur with food habits. Of course, you need to be an active participant in the process!

We can talk through your past history, food or weight issues, and I can help unlock the burdens and aim to help you feel more confident, make healthier choices, eat slowly and consciously, stop 'emotional' eating and to better understand why you have responded to food the way you have in the past.
What is the little voice inside saying? Does he ever go away? You eat to make you feel better, it doesn't make you feel better, so you eat again. Sound familiar?

There are so many versions out there.. but something's still going wrong. Why?
When all the messages get mixed up, let's talk...
'I don't eat sugar'.....
'I've never had a sweet-tooth'....
I'm stopping the amount of sugar in my diet'...
But if that only means you are not adding granulated sugar to your coffee, you no longer eat Haribo (other confectionery is available) or you've stopped eating cake - then that's not 'stopping' your sugar consumption.
We need to eat a quantity of carbohydrates to break down into energy - but starchy carbs are slower to break down (giving a slower more sustained release of energy) than the quick-hit of a sugary carb.
Remember - all sugar is plant based! So it's easy to tell yourself that sugar is good!
If you ARE 'sugar-sassy' then you are already checking ingredients listings on everything you eat and you already know that 'sugar' is also known as:

BUT some sugars don't always sound 'sugary' - they sound healthy, or natural, or wholesome. And it is natural and wholesome in different forms and amounts - but IT IS all sugar! So also check your labels for:
